It will be a blow out.

It's probably a better matchup. We'd played Serbia 3 times in a month, and Jokic is unguardable. I think they'll match up better with France, but the home court aspect will likely keep it close.

LeBron is a Swiss Army knife defender if he and a coach focus on it, the way he stuck with Rose that MVP year was nuts, then same guy was clearly the best defender today against Joker, a totally different kind of mvp player.

Yeah to keep Jokich that in line today, you take that every chance you get.

I really don’t think any other player has ever existed who could defend both prime lightning DRose and prime mvp Jokic, let alone do it this long. One in a billion gifted. Of course he’s not as quick as he once was but he’s still insanely fast for a massive 40 year old guy.

Did they just go to a commercial in the water polo match with 1:30 to go in a tied game!?!?!?!

No he sucks. And is the softest player I've ever seen

Embiid is a statistically and physically talented player that just doesn't have it in some key intangible areas in terms of building a championship team around him. A loaded team like this hides some of it, but some of it still shows up when you compare him to leaders like LBJ, KD, Steph and Jokic out there today.

In the regular season it's pretty clear he has dodged Jokic on occasion and moving over LeBron to be his primary defender was probably key both to winning the game and getting some good stuff out of Embiid on the other end.

I was rooting for the U.S., but as a big Nuggets fan, I was so proud of Jokic and his team.

They freakin played hard and didn’t back down for one second, despite being severely outmanned at all positions but one on the floor.

It's probably

I just find it interesting if you have Covid and you are having trouble breathing that you run out jumping and screaming and fist pumping when you are introduced.

Because that's probably still very different than sprinting for 200M.
