This announcer in the CU/NU game has been really bad but he just referred to Colorado as We, is this a local crew?

That’s former Iowa QB (and KCRG sports guy) Paul Burmeister doing play by play. He’s had a good gig at the B1G Network for quite a while now (plus he’s looking pretty distinguished with his gray hair and all).

I knew he was with the B1G Network, I didn't know he was doing play by play. I forgot he used to be at the NFL Network, among other places (including Notre Dame’s radio voice for a while).

These announcers in the NU game are morons. The ball hitting you in the hands doesn't equal control. He didn't have control until he tucked the ball and then his foot was off the ground. The refs made the correct call.
