I agree. I feel like there is a toxin in the air in colorado. Like a 16u aau basketball

They sold their soul to the devil for short term relevance. It’s going to end badly. There’s a recent article about a “ fight club” culture. Pretty unbelievable actually. Seemingly Deion was doing the right thing to start and it’s turned bad recently. His kids aren’t helping.

Colorado was already in a bad place, now they just have a lot of eyeballs.

Is Houston not as bad as advertised, or the other way around for Oklahoma, or (option C)?

Wazzu beating up Tech
Tech def is disappointing. Tech friend thought their defense would be really good, just needed batter QB play to really challenge. Said this is Joeys last chance to prove it, or they will be starting over.

Certainly not looking good rn...

The QB for Houston is kind of a puzzle. When he plays like he did yesterday the whole team plays well. When he is on he looks like a Heisman trophy candidate but when he is bad he looks like he has never played QB in his life. Which Donovan Smith shows up is always a wildcard. Hopefully we don't get the best version of him in the conference opener.

ESPN’s Max Olson has the Clones as the #4 seed in the play offs. All the other ESPN experts have Utah as the 4 seed. K State is a 10 - 12 seed for a few others, no other Big 12 team is picked. Olson must be a closet Hawkeye and hoping ISU wins the conference to lesson the melt down in Kinnick and give Iowa a slim CFP chance with a 10-2 record. No way they win in Columbus.

Cam Rising can’t even make it through nonconference without getting hurt. If he gets hurt to the point of missing games, Utah is in trouble.

I’m not going to predict ISU in the playoffs, but they have a real shot at going to Dallas. And who knows what happens in a one game scenario.

My over/under on games played by Cam before getting hurt was 2. It took 1.5. Great dude and baller but the game does not love him back. My expectation was so strong that in any of my predictions for the league this year, I only considered them in the context of their backup becoming their starter before the conference stretch.
