I didn’t know which thread to post this on. The 2024-2025 rosters are out on the cyclone wrestling page. Looks like they got Osmany listed as a freshman!
Also Evan Bockman is at 184

Some interesting notes on listed weights
184 Evan Bockman (he could get on the podium at 184)
125 Garrett Grice, he was behind All-America Frost last year but he could be a force at 125.
125 also has Osmany, A Meza, Terukina, Perryman (lot of talent to push each other)
197 Schon listed here, could be a solid back up at both 197 & 285 this season.
165 Euton/Rojas both here but could we see Chittum up at this weight as well? We’ll see.

Not sure there’s a better room in the country at 149 than what Iowa state has listed on the roster. Ech (AA), Swiderski (AA), Paniro (6 seed at 2023 NCAAs). We are loaded 149-157

Also Nando… I think that will be a super interesting weight between Tate bockman and nando.

125 imo is wide open , and someone will need to rise up and take the spot - hopefully to an AA finish
141 cant rule out Redding returning to the starting line up
157 with his u23 weight of 70 KG ( about 154 lb) think he will excel

Knowing how long it took AE to catch on to college wrestling and become the version he is today, I also think 125 is wide open
Redding was a blood round guy 2 years ago. I think he takes 141 and is an AA. Will be a great thing to point to for non top recruits, hey, stay here for 4 years and develop, it works.
