You notice it said “may be”? I posted it because staff is following him.
DT commit Jason Hammond II was an under the radar recruit because he was only a part time player as a junior—at a very good HS program. And still has a solid 3 star ranking.
I wouldn’t be surprised if he wound up a 4 star before all is said and done. CMC’s staff finds an underrated recruit yet again.

I notice coach Campbell has secured the commitment of Brandon Henderson from East St Louis IL. I lived in St Louis for 40 years prior to moving to CoMO. East St Louis sends a lot of players to division 1. Currently Missouri has a 5 star freshman receiver from East St Louis who apparently isn't happy. If he transfers I suspect NIL money will be a factor but he would be a prime target for ISU.
For decades the St Louis area has produced a lot of players and the majority of them do not go to Missouri. If ISU could get a solid foothold in that market it would bode well for the future.

Myers needs to be let go. The development of our linemen has been quite poor, and I'm sure Illinois pointed that out to him.
Or he was told Myers is going to be let go and he decided to look elsewhere
You think they would tell a recruit their position coach is going to be fired? Furthermore, you think Myers would still be here if he was told you’re done after the season?

We need to make a move SOON - like before the bowl season wraps up.
Recruits need to be aware of what direction we are headed. Go get the best OC in the mac, or the mountain west, or somewhere. Get a good OL coach. I don't think this is a 4 month window where we can just sit on our hands and hope for the best.
Guys can see that our O-linemen regress at ISU, and are not developed and getting to the NFL hardly at all. What OL would want to come here?
