Did Okie St hire Bryce's brother??

I was hoping he'd land at Tulsa.. With Avery Anderson returning.. OSU and OU look like they are separating from the pack for the #4 and #5 spots in the Big 12

Bryce Thompson does do much for OSU. He was really bad last year. Also, I don’t think OU is that good.

The upside is there. OSU gets better at expense of KU? I'm OK with dat.

Thompson got about twice as many minutes as Enaruna last year and had about the same production. Going to OkSt is no shock. I think it was them or KU the first time around and he had a good relationship with Boynton. He has a lot to figure out to be successful at this level.

Welcome to the Big 12 basement Texas Tech!!! This is a MASSIVE WIN in helping ISU climb up in the conference

Yep, they've been doing reasonably well in recruiting with the new staff, but McClung's return would have been a huge boost to the start they get. My guess is that he looked at the roster as it filled out, and the NBA track looked like the better option.

Before we start celebrating the demise of TT they have added some solid transfers too this year. Sardaar Calhoun a shooter to ease the loss of McClung this weekend. They aren't the treat of Beards Raiders but I need to see them play first.

They lost their coach, their top 3 players which included the entire starting backcourt and are relying on a JUCO and D2 guys to come and replace all-big 12 and NBA talent.. Maybe I'm not seeing it, but I'd say they are now closer to TCU, KSU and us in the third tier than they are to OU, WVU and OSU for the second tier

Shannon could still return. I think he's leaning towards staying in the draft though from what I've read.

They are likely going to STRUGGLE to score.. Playing the slow limits your margin for error dramatically. Plus they have been SWIMMING in NBA talent the last few years

OU, Tech and KSU will all be playing the slow grind out every possession style.. 1/3 of the league will feel like watching a Big 10 game

" Thus far, Tech has yet to find a suitable replacement to play the point guard role for next year’s team as almost all of the additions Mark Adams has made in his time as head coach are players who will be either shooting guards or wings. "

A team full of SG's and wings with no ballhandler.. What could go wrong?
