He's a clueless Hawk. Eric Pratt is a hawk fans also but he writes balanced and good articles. Dana Becker is the print equivalent of Quinn "neck beard" Douglas in radio.

The Dirty Overall leans pretty heavy on the tavern hawk side, though with like Nik Moser ISU is gaining but still a minority.

We did offer him. He even visited three times. We may have just been keeping him at arm's length looking at some other guards and when they committed, we had no room left.

I wondered if that's the case. The only thing about ISU in the meat of the article is that he had an offer from Iowa State, which is also obviously wrong, but maybe whoever writes the headline took that and embellished on it. Or hell, maybe it was AI. Still, pretty bad journalism overall.

Pretty sure thats not accurate. He did visit a number of times, but I don't think we ever offered. Even if we did then that offer was pulled because we haven't been recruiting him for quite a while.

Edir: My bad, we did offer him in May of 2023. But he has not been on the radar for a long time.
