Halfcourt offense is so stagnant. Hard to score if they can't force turnovers and get out in transition.

Guarantee we are the only P5 program in this tournament sending a walk on out there to play meaningful minutes. Nothing against Cade, he's a nice story, but that absolutely is not a winning strategy. There needed to be better scholarship guards behind Tamin, Curtis, Nate and Keshon on this team.

Not wrong but in the NIL/transfer era how many quality backups are going to be content practicing like TJ demands but then never getting to play unless someone gets hurt. Our 9th and 10th guys get zero minutes even in non conference blowouts.

Jay is right that we are not up on them defensively at the perimeter. Iowa St fans know that our best two guys that can do that are injured, and we’re seeing the result.

My goodness. Why do some of you even watch? If ISU made me as miserable as this board seems to be, I’d be giving up on sports all together. Sports are entertainment. If they’re a source of despair in your life, turn them off and find a new hobby.

We were told this was a Final Four caliber team. They literally quit on their season and said “good enough” at 17-2. That’s why I’m miserable. Won’t speak for others.

I mean they've hung with a Sweet 16 team, smoked a 14 as a 3 and are a handful of missed shots from being in this against a really good MS team.

Maybe a 5 but an 11 is just wild.

We are a middle of the road Big 12 team. We got our seed mostly based on reputation...once you are ranked it is hard to drop much. That's a testament to our early season and the end of last season.

Watson is a fill in for Milan, not KG. I do not want Watson running the point in any situation.

Devil's advocate: ISU could have Watson guard their PG or SG on D, but then have Jefferson point forward up the court.

This is why I don’t think we are ever going to get past the sweet 16. We can’t put together 3-4 games straight offensively.

We just have guys that are all Americans one game and suck balls the next.

They don’t get easy looks because they don’t run offense. When Mississippi went on there run, ISU slowed it down and everyone stood around. For this team team to ever take the next step, they have to get a coach who knows offense.

If we can get into the paint and start scoring there I think it will open up CuJo and Milan to maybe hit a couple. The paint will be where we win this though, get them into foul trouble and optimize the offensive boards. If they stop making everything, that formula can win it.
