Seems like it could have been taken care of more easily and privately by threatening to withhold the season tickets of the offending parties, as they clearly know who they are (and probably have video evidence).

I have never been in the club, but it sounds like the floor of the club is at about the same level as the top row of the outdoor seating. If so, that is unfortunate. They could have built the club at any level they wanted with a ramp out to the outdoor seating level to improve views of the field even if people in their seats were standing up.

They probably are not insignificant donors and they don't want to lose those donations. If they can solve the problem without pissing off the offenders enough that they walk away that is the route they are likely to take.

Yep. Having been in there it is a bit of a design failure that the club wasnt a bit more above the outside walkway\seating.

I feel like the bigger donors are in the east side club or in suites on the west side.

The thing is, I have witnessed everything that JP posted while being in the SEZ. One game a few years ago, when a bunch of ppl decided to sit inside my family and I sat in the top row of seats so we had quick access inside. Well just a little into the game this older gentlemen came out and started yelling at me to sit down. I obliged but later on in the game, which was close we stood up again and once again he came out yelling. He proceeded to tell me that I was not in my seats and he was going to get me kicked out, so I told him well you actually aren't in your seats either. He didn't know what to say to that.

I have sat inside a few times, but I have 3 smaller kids. I did witness people pounding on the window, but honestly that was more for those that are on the concourse and just stand there to watch the game.

Need to have the hickory park system. Is your whole party here? OK, follow me to a table.

Wow...having never been in the club, I didn't know that sort of thing was happening. Eye opening that we have fans like that.

We have good fans in general, but I think we forget we’re not immune to this kind of stuff. People can be terrible sometimes.

As in every other facet of life, some people are just really stupid.

If you don't want to sit outside and watch the actual game, turn around and watch it on one of the TVs inside, or on the north Jumbotron. It's a shame Jamie needed to even address this but it sounds like he did so correctly.

I intentionally didn't say bigger donors but instead classified them as not insignificant. There are many reasons people choose different premium seating options. A person may not have a enough people to fill a suite and may not have enough priority to get into the Jack Trice Club but still be a decent contributor to the AD.

It doesn't matter, Jamie is taking care of it.
