Correct. He originally wasn’t going to take an OV to ISU
He was always going to take a visit. He’s taking umpteen visits elsewhere right now. Since Ames is in his back yard, he waited until those were scheduled to set a date with ISU.

Unless you’re saying he was comfortable enough with ISU not to need an OV…

Well, unlimited OV’s for kids solved that.

CB commit Tyrell Chatman with a nice rating bump.

And the reason why. (Plus, he’s now listed on his bio at 6’4”)

Edit: His 6.93 60m time equals David Coffey’s impressive number—and he’s only a junior.

As the OV’s wrap up, I’ll mention that I wouldn’t be surprised to see a commitment or two the next couple of days.

No inside info, but what better gift for your dad?

I expect that Afuye will commit unless they decide not to take him for some reason. After that a commit from Williams and/or Thomas would be very nice surprise. I doubt we hear anything on Premer for a while.

The links for the first of two. Haven’t even looked at his Hudl yet!

Offers from Wake and Washington State.

247 says we lost our QB to Alabama
It’ll be interesting to see what the staff does now.

They can pivot to a couple of guys with interest who took placeholder offers, look for a new name, wait to see who might free up, wait to see what might (or might not) change with Jett…or simply hold on until ‘27.

I’m guessing it’ll be some combination of the last three.

Easton Webb is a 2026 QB that has scheduled an official to ISU.
