Don't get me wrong I like golf but when they constantly feel they have to tell you how great it is I stop listening.
I listen to music. I don’t need the commentary, especially at Augusta since I’ve been watching pretty much the same thing for 35 years.
The pompousness of "The Open' is nauseating as well.
When I watch a team sporting event the announcers never feel a need to tell me how much better they are than the rest of us.

They are good guys, but Ian, Nobilo, Catalon, and Immelman make me want to fall asleep. Thank god for Dottie on the course!
Shaping up to be a good Sunday at the masters. Decent amount of big names at the top. For whatever reason, golf is the one sport where I don't like an underdog winning in a big spot. Anyone else feel the same?
Watching John Daly come out of literally nowhere (something like the 7th alternate) to win the PGA was pretty cool.
