We played terrible and were tied. Got to feel god about that
Gilbert needed to hold that. I’m glad it didn’t backfire but bulldozing your way on a 1v4 isn’t the move. I wished we tried to get a better last shot.
Going to need to figure out how to stop Wells. But good last 8 minutes of the half. Key is to keep getting in the paint on offense

We are playing the ugly offense that plagued us post Houston and up until the Big 12 tournament. Drive into the lane like a maniac and throw the ball up. I'd love to know what drives them to resort to that crap. It seems like it should be simple to avoid, but I'm sure defenses have something to do with it.
Gilbert had made a couple good plays on driving but generally playing completely out of control. That last drive was just bad basketball. 2-9 so far
As much criticism as Keshon gets when it's not working, he's really one of those "if you can't handle me at my worst you don't deserve me at my best" type players.
Gilbert needs to pull that out. That would have been a momentum crusher if they knocked down a shot at the end there
Their two bigs each have two fouls and Wells is playing unreal. Slow down 10%, hit a few more shots, and get the crowd going. I like our chances.

I honestly don’t think many are needed. He adjusted with 3 guards and MM at 4 which helped. Need to sharpen up offensively and hope Wells comes back to what he has been and should be ok.
Wells goes off, ISU struggles to make shots, Milo with no points, and we are tied at half? I think ISU controls the second half
I understand he should have held for last shot but he also gets hammered right in front of the ref and again he chokes on his whistle. Should have been at the line. Completely incompetent reffing there.
