I disagree. TJ doesn't yell or show them up much but he almost constantly is in the ear of the nearest official. He obviously believes he can get as good or better result by making his point being kind rather than yelling at the officials. He probably also thinks it will be much more effective when he yells if he rarely does it.
We got hosed on a call yesterday when Gilbert took a charge. You could see TJ standing there with his arms crossed saying "That's not a charge?".

It was the 500 lbs KSU coach right?
Was talking to someone yesterday who knows a person in the KSU AD. That coach has been a problem all year. And I think people here and others I've talked to who have seats in opposing corner have said he was belligerent to fans, students, cheerleader, etc before the game even started.

Not exactly sure.

Sounds like he might be a better assistant than HC.

The cameras would have gotten it since the assistant coach was facing toward the baseline camera at one point and toward the main cameras as he continued screaming. But it was during a timeout so it wouldn't be on tv.

Then he went and told Tang who went off. I don't think Tang saw anything he just took that coaches word.

I'll bet that someone in the ISU AD has reviewed the recordings . . . and maybe even given Tang a report of what they found.

Pretty much what 95% of us are saying on here. Recording in game huddle with cell phone would never work in time. Great how TJ addressed it head on after kansas win. And how Tang needs to put up evidence or apologize

I don't want to "put this to bed." I want to hear a very public apology from Tang. He shouldn't be able to get by with it! THIS was his intention, to put a blemish on TJ. If he really believed it he would have filed a formal complaint. I want him to be held accountable!

Yeah, that was as easy of a charge call as I've seen in years. He was firmly planted when the KU player was 6' away, and the KU player didn't even try to avoid him. Just went straight through him.

Credit where credit’s due. Good job Sears

Sears hits the mark. This is what is so irrational about KSU fans' gaslighting. they want us to believe that Iowa State somehow took a cellphone zoomed in video of 15 feet away. Pass it along to managers who the NCAA bans from having phones during games. Watch said huddle video and draw up plays to counter it? KSU fans know timeouts last 30-60 seconds, right?

All i know is TJ is some basketball savant that can draw up plays in less than 3 seconds and effectivity explain to the team in 2 seconds what they need to do.

If K-State had proof of this, they would have brought it forward by now. They are now going with the stay quiet and hope everyone forgets about it strategy. Let's not let anyone forget. This is a serious accusation (that now seems to be a lie) that can't be taken lightly. The Big 12 needs to at a minimum reprimand them for Tang and his staffs behavior last week, including the Houston game. I'd be embarrassed to have him representing my university.

Can ISU and TJ sue for defamation of character, $10 million would sound about right!
TJ and his staff are all public figures, the bar to clear is incredibly high. If Tang was, say, pointing at a picture of ISU Jim Carrey saying 'this guy named (name) was spying on our huddle' that'd be a potentially different story
