My post has more to do with him calling out an official, by name, than the crap with Iowa State. You cannot do that, and the league should suspend him for a game, minimum.

Also, IIRC CW reported it during the game about the K-State coaches and the student managers.
Not only did he call out the ref, he basically attacked his integrity by accusing him of retaliating against the player by calling two ticky-tack fouls. It seems like a pattern with Tang to attack someone’s character when they lose. I want my coach to be accountable when the team loses.

Agreed on no trial. But you are the one who was bringing up the matter of proof, so I was curious as to what you meant/ were seeking.
Video proof in today's environment is what I was saying. Court of law allows multiple witnesses. I've said I didn't waste time seeing if there were multiple witnesses because I don't care enough. My coach is handling it.

I'm sorry I ever questioned the whole premise of he said, she said. You guys are very invested apparently and I am a dumb human.

I don't see any evidence of that--at least not the dumb part.

You realize we are doing the same thing KSU fans are doing right? We believe everything our coach says at his word without any proof. There is no way to prove that we weren't doing anything wrong. Surely someone caught the coach calling our student managers cheating mother ******* right?

I hate that fanbase and school more than Iowa's, but this whole thing is he said, she said.

Do I believe Tang is nuttier than squirrel poop? Yup. Would I trust TJ with my wife? Yup. Nobody but KSU believes Tang. We need to move on.
Not quite. CW sent out a tweet at the time stating KSU coaches yelled at ISU team manager.

CW caught it and tweeted about it before he knew what happened

Courtside saw it. I was courtside and saw it. The coach was screaming it over and over at the towel boys standing there with the mops waiting for the timeout to get over. We were all discussing it and thinking the coach thought the towel boys were listening into the huddle. They were close to it because KSU had their huddle so far into the court it was right at the paint.

Then Tang was pointing at the guys in row 3. So we were confused and assuming he thought they yelled something because obviously they were not cheating. We had a better look at the huddle from courtside than those guys in row 3.

It was the 500 lbs KSU coach right?

So lets recap the week for them:
Under 8 left in the 2nd half, close game and they had the momentum. Instead of riding that momentum for a win, Tang decided to throw a rock at a hornets nest and get Hilton riled up. They lose and proceed to get their ass kicked by Houston and become the joke among other fanbases with their conspiracy theories. Meanwhile Iowa State beats them and beats Kansas.

Good times.
Fun part about this is, change some people and location names and this scenario could be about Fran.

Well listening to CW and Blums podcast definitely didn't calm down my emotions on this deal.

The sad deal is when Tang jettison's from KSU for whatever reason the institution is going to left with this matzah ball.

Well, now that the chiefs are in the SB, I imagine the KSU fans will finally stop talking about this weird conspiracy theory. But I still hope the conference fines or suspends Tang for his comments/actions

Yup and calling out the ref by name is a big no-no. If there is no suspension coming I’ll be shocked

At the time the call was made and Self was given the T, he kept shouting it was a "bullsh*t" call. You could easily read his lips. But during the press conference, he said it may have been the correct call and that he'll have to review it. That just shows how he was simply trying to work the refs like most coaches do, although you don't see TJ trying to work the refs much.
I disagree. TJ doesn't yell or show them up much but he almost constantly is in the ear of the nearest official. He obviously believes he can get as good or better result by making his point being kind rather than yelling at the officials. He probably also thinks it will be much more effective when he yells if he rarely does it.
