Casey Reward points missing?

Gas station pumps let you enter any phone number in for rewards. My brother loves to talk about how much fuel saver he has saved up. I used close to $1.50 off per gallon of his one time.
Looks like I read the terms wrong. You are right. Points will expire if there is no rewards activity at all for any 12 month period.

Pretty sure KwikStar pays more right off the bat. At least from the signs I've seen on the doors between the two companies KS usually in the $14+ range Casey's 12 in small towns maybe 14 in big cities. Also the 40% profit sharing never misses from what I've been told from a full time KS employee.
I stopped at Casey's twice on the journey back to Iowa yesterday and both sucked. Pizza was old and didn't taste the same. The 2nd store was a disaster. None of the pumps worked, one person making pizza was woefully behind, some of the new automated machines were out of order. And the dudes behind the counter looked like they were fresh out of jail.
Make sure your cards aren't tied to the app. Had someone order a few pizzas from mine and had to cancel all my cards because of it. Rewards points disappearing was the first sign.
True story, I had a friend in college who worked at a recycling center. He got fired for “stealing” the coupons off the Casey pizza boxes.Looks like we need to go back to simpler times...
Luckily I do not have a card attached to the app and changed my password. I did email Casey's to find out what happened to the point, haven't heard anything yet. I can't find anything in the transaction history to show what happened either.
