Casey Reward points missing?

I had it happen awhile back and the store said to call the corporate number. I never bothered with it.

Were they points you had redeemed or points you accumulated? Redeemed points will expire if you don't use them within 30 days. Accumulated points will disappear of you go more than a calendar year without using them.

Since when? I went a long time building up $100 and it never happened.

Looks like I read the terms wrong. You are right. Points will expire if there is no rewards activity at all for any 12 month period.

Is it just me or is Caseys REALLY going downhill. I understand it is tough to find good help, but Kwik Star does it? All the Caseys I stop in these days are an absolute disaster and the people working there look to be on work release.

Is it just me or is Caseys REALLY going downhill. I understand it is tough to find good help, but Kwik Star does it? All the Caseys I stop in these days are an absolute disaster and the people working there look to be on work release.

Pretty sure KwikStar pays more right off the bat. At least from the signs I've seen on the doors between the two companies KS usually in the $14+ range Casey's 12 in small towns maybe 14 in big cities. Also the 40% profit sharing never misses from what I've been told from a full time KS employee.

I stopped at Casey's twice on the journey back to Iowa yesterday and both sucked. Pizza was old and didn't taste the same. The 2nd store was a disaster. None of the pumps worked, one person making pizza was woefully behind, some of the new automated machines were out of order. And the dudes behind the counter looked like they were fresh out of jail.

Oh and I tried logging into Casey's rewards on the app and it just gives me an error.

Today I noticed I was missing about 1,000 points from yesterday. I wasn't sure if I was hacked, or the points expired. I went to the transactions history on the app and don't see anything. The points just seemed to disappear.

Anyone had this happen before?

Make sure your cards aren't tied to the app. Had someone order a few pizzas from mine and had to cancel all my cards because of it. Rewards points disappearing was the first sign.

True story, I had a friend in college who worked at a recycling center. He got fired for “stealing” the coupons off the Casey pizza boxes.

Luckily I do not have a card attached to the app and changed my password. I did email Casey's to find out what happened to the point, haven't heard anything yet. I can't find anything in the transaction history to show what happened either.

The NW 62nd Ave store in Johnston is f’ing terrible.
