12 seeds will actually be championship teams from the top mid majors as opposed to like an 8th place Big 10 team. Easier game if your the 6 seed.

Pretty much locked up the 5 IMO, with the 4 in play.

Seeding is great and all, but I'm just thrilled we are back to playing good basketball. Feels like we can compete with anyone right now.

What an amazing effort!!!! I know this game didn’t matter but holy hell did I want this game for the fans and especially for the players and their families. There’s nothing better than getting another day in Kansas City.

Also, can we play Baylor every game?!?!

I wouldn't say it didn't matter. That's three wins against a top-3 seed in the NCAA Tournament, including on the road and neutral.

Baylor was 14-29 from 3 and 12-13 from the FT line and lost to the tougher team

they just dont have enough ball handlers. we have masked it all year, but it really shows at the end of games when pressure ramps up.

What's strange is how folks refuse to see this.

Love this team for how they just keep at it. It's a LOOOOONG season.

How hard is it for this coaching staff to come up with something to break the press?

It really is a problem and it's not just lacking 'ball handlers'. Several times it's like guys aren't even paying attention, with teams showing press and guys have to come back from midcourt. We are also slow making 'the first move'. The worst things you can do against the press is holding the ball or hugging the sideline. Several times Jaz should have taken a dribble or two, then gotten rid of the ball immediately.

Our MO seems to be 'wait until we are trapped' before doing something. It's maddening to watch.
