Any idea if we be able to watch a replay on ESPN+?

I'm watching what is currently airing. It is a replay, but it's scheduled content on the network.

When I go to my ESPN+ and try to watch the live stream or any replay of an actual Game it says "Channel not part of package"

So I assume the only way to get actual game content, whether live or on demand, though ESPN+ is to actually have LHN as part of your TV package whether that be an actual cable pack, Satellite, or Sling. As far as I know those are the only options to get access to LHN, if someone else has access through another avenue let us know.

What I have found to get access, through actual tv pack or With ESPN+ and linked to tv pack are as follows:

1. Satellite, and an high end sports package add on, price unknown. Not sure if both Dish Network and DirectTV both have it.

2. Sling, Orange, plus and $11 add on for the LHN. $51 per month total.

3. Some cable packages, mostly regional to the state of Texas or near.

Anyone else have any others?

Considering that site still lists Playstation Vue that has not been a thing for several years....I am not sure how accurate or up to date it is.

The one time I paid for the Longhorn Network, Brock Purdy's freshman year for that football game, was one of the worst sports broadcasts I've ever seen. Actually and honestly considering not watching and just catching the radio feed
Always good with John and Eric.

Do I like Texas... no. I do find the LHN hate interesting. Not like this is a new thing, we've had plenty of time to adjust. Also, that LHN kept us out of the big East..

I can't wait for Texas to be gone, but the LHN has helped ISU athletics.

My wife has been beating me for all 20 years of my marriage. I have had plenty of time to adjust so I should be perfectly fine with it now.

Just because giving the asshats in Austin even more favorable treatment kept them from bolting at that moment doesn't mean that it has been good for ISU - or any of the other schools in the Big 12. It was a necessary evil but saying it was good for the other schools is a stretch by any measure.

Ask us that question about 9 months ago I don't think it would have been very easy to say LHN helped ISU athletics overall.

In fact, you could argue the fact that nobody wanted to add OSU, KU, Tech etc. when they were looking to jump ship even after cashing all those 10 team paychecks means ISU was dangerously close to essentially being bought out of the P5 in exchange for the privilege of funding a handful of shovel-ready projects for a decade or so. I don't think anyone would could be happy with that trade.

EDIT: Furthermore, adjusting to LHN means I have to get directv, pirate a stream, or just listen on the radio like it's 2008 all over again. I'd have no problem paying for a month subscription for just this game if I could.

Thank goodness for the Varsity App on this one. I'll be glad to listen to Heft and Walters in lieu of paying any money to get that garbage channel.

I sifted through all 6 pages. To clarify… there’s no free trial to sign up for that includes LHN?

I think most services that do carry LHN have it as part of their additional sports package. You can try to see if SlingTV has a free trial, they have LHN. YouTubeTV does not.

Just to clarify if anyone watched the Two Guys Named Chris Podcast:

LHN is NOT part of ESPN+. You HAVE to have a cable service that includes LHN to have LHN. Or, you may have to travel the high seas online to stream it.

As far as I can tell the only option is to pay $30+ to get it on Sling. Might actually do it, but not for sure yet.

the Formation of it was a huge issue to begin with, it caused all kinds of upheaval with some of the original Big 12 Conference members.
