So much clutch in that game. Shoons buckets (and just enough from the line) when we needed it. That 3 by Grill and then the free throws. Gabes jumper late to make it two possessions. Holmes basically all game. Lipsey with another quiet, stat-stuffing night. Really, really impressive. These guys are something else.

Amazing win. Grill is hobbled, no Kunc, BRE has regressed, two of KSU's players go 8/10 from 3 (many of those were not easy, either) & we still gut out a huge win!! I know that Nowell is capable of shooting "lights out" on any given night, but he and Moussad go off at an 80% clip?! That, and our injuries, almost set up a "perfect storm" for the Kitties to win. Imagine if Nowell & Moussad shot a combined 50% instead - 9 less points for them, and our victory would have been a little more comfortable. Loved that Grill basically shut the door on them with those two clutch FTs!!!

I think our win @tcu and TCU’s @KU are actually biggest wins so far. This one only seems as big if you overvalue KSU’s AP ranking.

Only this was a solid they were playing extremely well and we still beat them. Plus they will will be a low seed tourney team in the end.
