Sure I guess. UConn is relentless and insanely athletic. They are just better. Let’s see if it keeps up, but if you watch their defense for the most part that’s exactly how you want to play tough, in your face defense.

And they do because they can. That's some speed going on.

ISU did get them spread out a bit there at the end of the half for some better looks but I'm not sure what ISU can do defensively especially with this many with 2 and 3 fouls.

If I were Otzelberger I'd tell players they are running 2 miles for every offensiv rebound they are within 3 feet of in the second half. I'd tell Kunc he's running back to Ames if he gives up another. I swear he only had to corral a loose ball about 5 times and failed every single time.

Make the layups, clean up the glass, and play common sense defense. Need to keep Lipsey in the game as he has looked like our best player tonight. Smart ball handling, impeccable entries/lobs, and some timely drives. He also plays really good defense too. Hammer the pick and roll and get Grill some shots.

1. Would TJ ever go into a non agressive man defense or even a 2-3 zone to help not foul so much if we get in serious foul trouble? Doesn’t seem in his dna.

2. Will getting tre king help at all offensively?

We have to figure out how to not pick up dumb fouls. There was probably 5 of 14 fouls that were just not smart.

Meh. It's good but sprinkle in one sided refs who are weak minded and get ifluenced by a drama queen coach and you get a master class defense.
