I think if they gave him the TD they'd have had to keep it but because they called fumble you can't overturn that. It looks like his whole thigh/knee come down at same time and part of his thigh is on the white.

Honestly shocked they ruled that was conclusive. Bit of a make-up call perhaps.

The ball has to go out of bounds before they call a fumble out of bounds. They were too busy looking at the start of the play and the goal line. Terrible officiating.

I always think this too, but what should the rule be?

I definitely think offense or defense should only get it on the 3, 2 or 1 yard line or something. Moving it to the 20 is what makes it a real killer.

Offense should retain as it does for all other fumbles. Spot of fumble.

Our depth also disappeared today - to this point two combined carries according to the box score for any one other than Brock - and no receptions by anyone who didn't start.
