I felt he recovered it ... but I do not understand how the refs can say there is conclusive evidence he had possession. Getting that call overturned was

another failure on the officials turning that game.

EDIT: I stand corrected, I have not seen the angle that cyclonelarry has on that tweet. THAT IS POSSESSION.
Thanks

Yoarmark needs to partner with a streaming service or other source and start a Saturday morning Big XII pregame show. Michigan at Iowa big noon? I get that we're moving (already) towards a P2 but holy nutsuck do we (XII) get stepconfrenced.

Meh, they really haven't beaten anyone yet. I think it is an improved team but mostly fools gold.
I would say WVU was a good win. They really should have won at Pitt, a very tough environment. They just won at Lane Stadium against Virginia Tech. Beat them soundly.

I’d be curious what’s on Fox’s portfolio this coming weekend. Michigan getting big moon twice, albeit away this weekend seems like a weak schedule for Fox. I don’t think they’re going there because I’d Iowa.

John and Eric said many times Baylor dominated the 2nd half
They certainly outplayed us in the second half, but being outplayed doesn’t always equate to domination. I guess my idea of a dominating game and others idea of that are different. If I feel I’m dominating the team I’m playing, they don’t have a chance at tying the game in the closing minutes.

So even though the game was broadcast on ESPN 2 they won't allow YouTube to record the game and force me to pay for plus on top of YouTube tv as well - well that sucks.
Yeah, the way they, seemingly, make Big 12 fans jump through a ton of hoops just to watch their favorite team, is pretty disgusting.

curious, Brock fumbled before the goal line and recovered it 'down field'. Can the O or ball handler advance a fumble?
Interesting question. My understanding is that you cannot fumble the ball forward and then have it go out-of-bounds and maintain that gained yardage. If that happens, I believe it comes back to the spot of the fumble, right?

In Jirehl's case it was fumbled forward, punched out. Brock didn't intentionally throw it forward. I would think then, that anyone can recover it before it goes out-of-bounds. Jirehl happened to recover it before going out-of-bounds.

I'm not a rules guy, though.

Incredible recovery by Jirehl! And I think he will cover up a little better next time he is going into the end zone.
Not on 4th down.
Not sure of this.
