In forty years, I can’t say I’ve ever said this before…but this kid’s actions immediately reminded me of a young Larry Bird.

Not saying he’s going to be that good, just that he often moves eerily the same way.

I've said it 100 times. My comp is Doug McDermott. His highlights are littered with paint jump hookups and he's deadly from 3.

The perfect stretch 4. Guard skills, long enough to play small ball 5 when the opponent doesn't have a dominant center.

Niang was a lot more of a back to the basket post until he got to college. Milan prefers the wing but will take smaller and less skilled guys into the block.

I really believe we’re gonna get Milan Momcilovic and his 2024 teammate Nick Janowski
hoping you're right, but while we've gotten 'some', I worry they are attached to always wanting to play for Wisconsin.

Wisconsin hasn’t even given Momcilovic a look. He’s not their type of forward. Janowski possibly but frankly Wisconsin doesn’t recruit their state well. They let high profile guys slip to similar programs because they stick with their play style.

Is Momcilovic a one and done?
Don't think so as of this moment, he's not quite big enough and not quite athletic enough for it to be something I'd worry about. Not that he lacks in either area, he's tall and I think touch/feel is a really underrated part of basketball athleticism. He's incredibly skilled though, the kind of guy that makes a good impact his freshman year and can transform your offense however long he's around afterwards. I'm ridiculously high on him as a prospect. From how smooth he is, to how easy he makes some tough shots look, to (my favorite) how he basically never even hits the rim on his makes, the dude is just good.

Haven't thought much about 2023 class yet. Except the two Wisc kids. Do we know if Christie is one of our priorities? Like a 6'5" guard

Momcilovic is maybe my favorite guy on the list, obviously Biliew would be a home run but I'm not gonna worry about that until it happens. Chatman is a teammate of Demarion Watson. Don't know a ton about some of the other guys but I'm guessing things heat up for the class after transfer season.
