Wow. Such a fun game to watch. Such remarkable defensive intensity. Nice to see Gabe get it going offensively. Tyrese was great. Bench was great.
I thought the Florida A&M loss was when it was crystal clear, but glad we are in better times. This year has blown away my expectations. The only good thing about 2-22 or whatever last yrs disaster was, that it was crystal clear Prohm's time was over. Totally amazed how quickly TJ has turned this thing around.
Eh, he’s a mile better than Shaka. This team under Shaka wouldn’t be doing near as well. I agree though beard is an a hole.Beard is one of the biggest a$$holes in college basketball. He is a Grade A douche and it was in full display today.
guy took a super talented Texas Tech team to the final four. Then sold out for UT. F**k him. He is totally overrated as a coach and under-achieving. He’s Shaka 2.0 but worse as his final four team actually belonged there.
Beard is nothing like Prohm. Prohm can’t coach, beard can.Beard is like prohm in the fact that they want talent and don’t want to coach. Tj wants workers who want to be coached…ala CMC

1:06:40ish mark of the video. It shows just the end when Tyrese comes to get Carr out of there and the ref makes Carr leave.
100% will happen. They beat bad Minnesota team by two them lose at home to terrible Northwestern team. We get f**led by one at KU and beat #21. We will drop and they will stay put.when the teams started playing each other 7 of the ten teams were in top 27 of AP pole and 3 top ten.
Our resume is objectively better than Michigan State with same record and better vs each shared opponent but watch us be ranked 5 spots lower.
Won’t go as far as starting a Rob Jones appreciation thread, but just want to say I appreciate Rob Jones. Best two games of the year this afternoon and Tuesday @KU.
So the worst case scenario after this run of ranked and one "probably should be ranked" teams is 2-4, with two extremely tight losses to Baylor and Kansas. OK, one loss, one thievery.
That's awfully good. Just go feast on the bottom feeders and seal the deal for the big tourney.
This was a really good moment for the refs. They are trying their hardest to let TexASS back in the game. They call ISU and Hunter for "a 10 sec. violation" here! Really? I counted the seconds after Ref gives Gabe the ball. Ref calls the 10 sec. violation at about the 7-8 second mark (my count) of Hunter trying to get it across. Unbelievable!
Right before this, Gabe is yelling for time-out, at about 1:21:17! The ref ignores him! Brockington gets tied up. ISU keeps the ball on the possession arrow. Too bad refs on try 1. So they get us on try #2!
Well suck it refs! You couldn't steal this one away in the end! Tried real hard though.
Looked like a teenage alpha freaking out that his girlfriend was talking to another boy.Beard got pissy a couple times when TJ was talking with the refs. He kept stareing over at TJ looking all pissy, even when he should have been coaching his team in a timeout.
10 seconds does not reset after jump ballNot hearing the time out is inexcusable. I could almost excuse it if it were on the road where you could blame crowd noise, but our crowd is not loud in that moment when it’s our ball.
that said, I am not sure how this rule works. Some of the allotted 10 seconds to get across half court had already passed. Shot clock did not reset with the jump ball. Does anyone know the actual rule here? Should shot clock and, accordingly, the backcourt clock restart after a jump ball when possession stays with the same team?
