The play call was not great but Manning didn't throw the ball short when he had Noel with a much better opportunity deep

The last two passes on that drive kinda were Brock's problem. Both were thrown behind the receiver with the receiver getting hit. No way receivers are going to hold onto throws like that under those conditions.
