Honestly, it really was a game I hate to see anyone lose. Ok state played their asses off. Just a really good, well coached team year in and year out.
Watching NC State-Miami, ESN showed top 10 graphic of today's results, apparently OSU beat ISU 21-17. Somebody forgot to update that in the past three hours.
Careful now, I once criticized the galactically stupid @ZuriCyclone and got reamed for picking on our own.
I am guessing he has some amazing insight us common folk can't understand yet.
Zuri is as bad as Darius and Clonedude. At least Clonedude usually also posts when the team is doing well unlike the other two.
The first half felt like it was incredibly fast. I didn’t even realize it was already the second quarter even when I looked down and saw there was 5 minutes left in it.
That's one way to keep Big XII teams out of the top 25. Lie about the scores.
My wife never goes to the games, but tonight she did, as we were leaving the stadium, she said "I cannot believe that ISU won", I told her, "in the past, that is a game that would have had OSU driving down to either tie the game up, or win it."
Those day are gone, overall just a great win.

Rewatched the game and I think if your critical of Manning’s play calling your just showing that you don’t understand football. At least the type of offense we try to play.
Have to tip your hats to OSU. They made some clutch plays against our best players. Take the last fourth down when we’re on offense. If purdy follows the lead blocker I think we get the first down but he tries to bounce it outside and OSU makes the play.

CMC has changed the culture, were teams are not dropping 66 points on us . Getting blown out in the first half.
It is is almost an insane feeling , where CMC has done much to change the complete brand of ISU ball and at the same time we are close plays on the offense and special teams away from multiple 10 plus win seasons.
The offense under CMC has broken multiple ISU records, sometimes it shows how bad we have been.
Also it is the reason along with special teams we have lost so many games.
If ever the the offense/special teams gets as good as the defense.....the sky is the limit.
I loved the play action fake handoff then flip to Charlie on the first attempt. Seemed like a good play that OSU was just ready for. They were really good up front all game long
Wacky game. I swore the refs were out to get us - a common misconception from past experience. So myself, the guy on my left and the lady on my right started watching every play so much closer in the third quarter.
Turns out, Okie State was getting screwed too on linesman spots and whatnot. It's like the Ref crew all had bets on the under.
With the proliferous spread of legalized gambling, this game smelled funny. But without even a shred of evidence, I'll put my money on the incompetence of Big $$ officiating.
