Beard is getting paid very well by a fan base that appreciates him. It doesn't work that way at Texas from what I see looking in. Big money , big egos, and always a what are you doing for me next instead of appreciation for what you are accomplishing. UT might be able to money whip Beard but I'll be surprised if he goes personally.
I kinda like Shaka but don't like Texas. So I'm happy for him and hope he wins a bunch at Marquette.
