How many Big 12 Teams are looking to replace their Coach this year? There are two. Kansas State and Iowa State. That is it. Lots of great Big 12 Coaches.

Name a school other than ISU in the big 12 that if their coach suddenly was gone that would hire a TJ. Hell, name any P5 school.

Worth mentioning, wesley kiptoo ran both events. He won the 5000m indoor with a collegiate record and then 3 days later took 3rd at XC. Coud very well be named ISU athlete of the year

I’m not totally against Otz but one statement sums it up. “That’s Runnin’ Rebel basketball,” he said after the victory, “and that is what it needs to look like every night.” It doesn’t look like it every night and he just isn’t there yet. I think most fans want someone who has already done it...not saying that won’t be him in 5 years.

TJ because he was in on Monte, Naz, Burton, Nader and Thomas's recruitment and he's going to continue coaching them right now is a different scenario than TJ now. (feel free to correct me if he didn't recruit some of those guys, just an example)

If you are bringing TJ in to recruit, I’m in. To be the head coach, I’ll give that a hard pass.
