It's crazy that when the perception of your team improves that somehow you get a few more breaks from the refs.
Downing got abused on that play. Might have been a decent gain otherwise.
Something they need him to do. Guessing he is blocking better in practice and in games and that is why he is getting more snaps. We know he can run.
They're normally spying but more importantly they're staying in their rush lanes so there aren't gaping holes for Purdy.
In all seriousness WV looks better than last week. They may be young on the back end but they're not giving up a ton of space.

I agree. Talent is young but it’s there. They will be back in the fold within 2 years.
I'd think having the run game going would be exactly what this team needs for something to play off of like just dipping Purdy out for a short gain.
