Leaders on sports teams are not always the best players on the team. But you know that, right?

They tend to offer something to the team. Jacobson is arguably one of the biggest reasons for our struggles. I think every person who played tonight had more rebounds than our starting big man. He also didn't magically just decide overnight to become a leader. He's just being an ass hole...which should really help the locker room.
