And if we don't lose to TCU and KSU we might not beat TT and KSU. Who knows. I know what you mean but we are in the hunt with 6 games with a team that was missing 4 key players during pre-conf and picked sixth in the league. Just be happy we are in the conversation and can still accomplish big things.

You know who you’re talking to, right? He’s one of the ones mad about us winning today.

I'm not sure if we had Michael Beasley, Rolando Blackman, Steve Henson, Lon Kruger, and Dean Wade out there that they could have hung with ISU yesterday. The Cyclones played an extremely fine game on both ends, utilized their depth, defense, and shooting to the nth degree, and thoroughly outclassed our Cats down the stretch. Great win for CSP and his squad. Time to go to Mass and pray. :(

Honestly 2 years ago I gave up on the team. Then they won at KU.

I’ve sort of mentally given up while still remembering that a few times this year. I really need to not be an emotional fan but I can’t help myself.

I was getting a little nervous when we were 13-8 (?) or whatever going into that game at KU. That ended up being a fun February to watch

We're a streaky team this year. The couple of losses at home stunk (especially the TCU game), but following those with some outstanding road wins is something we haven't seen much of in the past. Just trying to enjoy the ride.

ISU shot well and were fortunate that Wade got hurt, but still like the toughness that Prohm was looking for down the stretch. Hard to win on the road, especially when the officials are determined the help the home team. ISU finally got a couple call at the end of the game, although I thought the T on Lard was total BS.
Legit 'T'. Yelled right in Sneed's face...no doubt about it.

Goemaw is the cesspool of all cesspools. Only the trashiest of KSU fans post there. It’s a real bottom rung website.
It was the first KSU message board to pop up when I googled, so I went with it. Do they have a more popular free site?
Only site I've ever seen where posters brag they don't know the name of a single opposing player.
Yeah....like bragging about low basketball awareness. Know your opponent or lose to them...

Great. I'm looking forward to the bashing of Surly and he goes and posts something like this.

However, does he really feel this way? Or is he the master who knows how to troll us even after a huge loss by softening us up?

"To bash or not to bash, that is the question." We need a poll.

I thought Higgins handled that well. He seems to get some grief on these boards but I think he's a good ref.

I think he gathers the focus too much on himself, with the whole go to the monitor thing (hence the Hollywood label), but all in all he's a good one, I have few complaints about Higgins.

Ask me about Eades, though. Hope you have an hour.

Personally, I can't wait until the next "too quiet, let's rank the league" thread. My ranking will start something like this:

"#1. Iowa State - Destroyed the kitties in Bramlage. Rained threes like napalm. Dunked so hard Higgins felt personally offended.

Not #1. KSU - Completely outclassed by a much better ISU squad for 40 minutes in the Octagon. A collection of KSU's greatest players and coaches in history couldn't match ISU's greatness..."

So, Randy was the one guy that knew this?
Probably got it from one of his sources that are always providing him with all the inside information that he likes to try to make readers think he has.

Haven't read all posts on here so disregard if mentioned. Just listened to Weber's post game interview. Gruelling to say the least. That voice!
