I thought his 'toughness' and embracing the moment when things were dicey was the difference, you could see him give the entire team a lift.
Players look a lot better when every shot goes in. Loved his hustle on the board today.
When everyone else was passing up open shots they should have been taking he stepped up and said "I'll shoot the ******* ball if you guys are to scared to".

He looks awesome when he's making those long 3's. He doesn't look awesome when he makes those terrible passes leading to turnovers that let KSU cut our lead to 1. He still forces a drive or pass when it's not really required at a certain point in a game. But... god damn i love it when he nails those long 3's.

Awesome performance from Wiggy!!! My only critique is when he hits a couple in a row, he often follows them up with a forced shot.
We can live with the forces, but there is room for improvement there.

Love his elevation on his shot. He was incredible in that road environment.
His defense was better today, which is what I’m excited about. We’re almost impossible to beat when Shayok, THT and Wigginton are on.
Time to start Wigginton. Let Halliburton come off the bench.
Wigginton still seems to have a remarkably difficult time staying front of his man given how athletic he is.

Yeah, he and THT were the only ones with a trigger today. Even NWB was passing up shots that he usually takes (and makes.) very strange, but glad those two were knocking them down.
Not to start this whole narrative again, but with him coming off the bench there is no weak spot in our scoring rotation. Always someone out there to take shots. It makes it easier for everyone to get their shots up.
He seems to be comfortable with his role off the bench. He's probably going to be a Vinnie Johnson kind of player in the NBA, so showing he can be a sharp-shooter off the bench is good for his NBA prospects.
His 3s in the second half were a big part in blunting K State's momentum and beating back their runs.

Shots in general today just looked to be more in rhythm for everyone from what I saw.
He doesn't get enough credit for his rebounds. He just goes up and over much bigger guys and then snags the ball very strongly.
I think THT gets the Harden comparisons. Wigginton reminds me of Tyrus McThree! It is amazing how high those guys can get from a standstill and still have great touch on the shot.
