Reading the transcripts of the addidas scandal with KU and the attempt to get Zion it was pointed out by the bag man that Zion wanted more cash, a car and a house to play at KU. Why is that not asked of Duke? What coverup is going on at ESPN's favorite school? Used to be MSU & Izzo until they had those scandals about rape, UNC & Roy had the phony classes and UK has the greasy slime of Calipari and his NCAA sanction history and Pitino running a whorehouse on campus. Seems every darling of ESPN is a scandal waiting to happen. Is Duke next - who knows? Who cares really? It's Duke - f*** them!

This just in during a live MVC game several Duke players have woken up from naps, lets go in for a live view of them. They also play a game in a month so during half time we will be breaking down how Duke needs to play to win the game.
Good god can people just take some sarcasm and go with it or is everything awful for everyone all the time?
Of course he's the best player in college basketball and is a spectacle to watch. Just a light hearted observation.

The kid is unreal. Arguably the best athlete I've ever seen. But I'm tired of hearing about Zion, Zion, Zion everytime I try to take in anything college basketball.
They had a Ohtani Tracker on their website last baseball season for Shohei Ohtani. Just stupid.
I guess it seems to me that a lot of good college players don’t get hyped up when they aren’t good fits for the NBA in its current state. Not many people care to see Ethan Happ highlights. Ja Morant would probably be getting a ton of attention as well if he was at a place like South Carolina or Iowa State instead of Murray.
They still only have a 14% chance if they finish last due to the changes in the lottery. A 1 in 7 chance is worth it for Zion though!
85% of college basketball coverage on ESPN is about Duke. Every time ISU plays on one of ESPNs channels, they spend a giant amount of time hyping Duke. I’m so ******* sick of it. It’s way past time for another network to step up and compete head to head with ESPN and have a 24 hour sports station.
This doesn’t really have anything to do with your point, but Trae Young is starting to play pretty well for the Hawks. Their rebuild is going quite well. I think they may end up beating Dallas in that Doncic trade.
I don’t agree. He’s only 6-7. He’s not a good enough shooter to really play the 3 spot and is too small to really play the 4. He’s gonna have Marcus Fizer syndrome in the NBA. Not really a spot he can play that’s a natural fit. Obviously he is way more athletic than Fizer, but I think they’ll have similiar careers. He is just way more athletic than the kids he plays against at the college level. It’ll even out in the NBA where’s he won’t get away with just being way more athletic than everyone else.
Yeah, I was curious earlier and looked at his stats. He's been doing well recently. We just don't hear much about the Hawks all the way up here in the midwest.
Zion will probably be a solid NBA player, but I think it's a stretch to say he is going to be some huge sensation of a player there. We shall see.
I have to admit with the title and timing of this thread I thought it would be something different.
Since the selection committee had us matched up against Duke I thought this would be a thread about how embarrassing our interior defense would look against Williamson since we couldnt even slow down TCU.
Jacobson would get thrown around like a rag doll and the rest of our guys wouldnt be able to stay in front of him. I guess if we had 5 Lard's and constantly hack him we might have a chance, but thats one matchup I don't even want to think about.
