Plus does anyone know what our attendance was at the Liberty bowl last year? I was there last year I would guess about 25K in attendance. I could be wrong.

How many did that baseball stadium hold? We filled that the night before.

For SA I’d guess 20,000. A little bit harder to get to.

ISU has already sold over 13k themselves, I'd bet a large amount it's over 20k. I'd guess around 30k.

13k already through the AD, I would venture to guess slightly more than half of the people go through a 3rd party to get tickets. Even half would put the number at 26k. With 3 weeks to go, I bet ISU has close to 30,000 in attendance.

Ticket broker Ticket City posted about their sales in their blog today:

Alamo Bowl
* The Alamo Bowl is the top-selling bowl game outside the New Year’s Six.
* More than half of the sales (51%) have come from residents of Iowa.
* Compared to only 4% of orders coming from Washington state.

Doesn't it make you wonder where the other 45% of the tickets were sold??? Just a guess but I would think that you could add at least a 10% bump for fans of each school outside of their respective state. Or at least 10% for Iowa State, it may be hard to triple the sales for Wazzu if only 4% of them came from Washington.
