I just watched the video and read the article before you posted.

I will probably get killed for this but oh well, if she did in fact call him the n word then I'm fine with it. You call someone the n word you better expect to get your ass beat and you should get your ass beat.

I really don't have a angle here because I don't watch the NFL. The above is how I'd feel if it was any African American.

From the mountain tops I will shout: "THIS WAS NOT A DOMESTIC SITUATION."

Were all parties unnecessarily violent (and probably drunk)? It appears that way.

But this should have no impact on Kareem Hunt's career.

I'll state this because if I didn't I'd be shunned from this board.. I don't condone domestic violence.

This is no where near Ray Rice levels. That video was sickening. The "Shove" wasn't so much to the woman as it was to the man in front of the woman.

The kick at the end was unnecessary.

Zeke got 6 games for something that had very little merit. The NFL will step up on this because there is video (That they probably have already scene) and the public uproar so they will want to save face.

Zeke was also never charged with anything.

It's irrelevant. Words do not excuse a man, especially and NFL player, hitting a woman. The idea that words can justify, or is in any way equal to, physical violence is asinine.

A reliably PC reaction from Tre. As sure as night turns to day, Tre will show up as the savior and representative of the thought police.

I don’t see anybody claiming verbal abuse = physical violence. I see people saying it is bad but doesn’t warrant the kind of punishment Rice got. Keep on hacking at that straw man, though.

Hunt can be seen approaching the woman and engaging in a verbal argument before shoving her back with his right hand. Another man tries to restrain Hunt, while the woman approaches him and swats at Hunt’s face, making contact.

Rayshawn Watkins, Hunt’s friend, friend told police that the accuser began calling both him and Hunt the “N-word” after the two were asked to leave the room once they found out both women were 19 years old. The two then pounded on the door of the apartment “about 20 times,” Watkins told police.

Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office spokesperson Ryan Miday told USA TODAY Sports that the office is not currently pursuing charges against Hunt.

I am an attorney. You have no idea what you are talking about.

I am a Judge. You are wrong. The woman assaulted Hunt first. Hunt has the right to self defense regardless of gender. Excessive force was not used in the self defense. That is why no charges were filed.

I'm a Supreme Court Justice and you're both wrong. Now someone pass me a beer. I love beer.

The woman was asked to leave and removed from room. The woman was in the wrong for not respecting the private property rights. Castle Doctrine is applicable. Woman struck and assaulted first. Which is why Hunt was not charged by police. The woman was in the wrong. She should have left the premises. Instead she did not respect the rights of the rightful occupants of the premises and then proceeded to assault the resident of those premises. The assault and battery would apply to the woman who struck first and had no right to be there.
Castle Doctrine is applicable? Not when he comes back out from his room into the hallway, plows through his guys to bulldoze this lady flapping her gums. Then works real hard to get around the guy again to kick her. Maybe you make this argument at the initial shove. The follow-up action there's no way.

Remember him uploading a photo of his mom then getting pissed and messaging mods about it? That was probably 4 user names ago. Under this username he doesn't want anyone to know his posting history.
He's an ultimate entitled snowflake that hates snowflakes.

That 19 year old is no lady. And she struck Hunt in the face prior to that. So she assaulted Hunt. Hunt kicked her out of the apartment because she was underage and they had alcohol in the room. So she bangs on the door 20 times and calls him the N-word.
