Because he’s a mediocre coach. Not great, not bad. Just mediocre.

Seriously just **** off. He took over with zero recruits lined up and has done everything possible to keep ISU relevant while building the pipeline. I’d say he’s done pretty darn good for having to basically start over.

I suppose you get up every morning feeling like you’re the only one in the world that does anything right and nobody else compares. If you can’t support our players and coaches, just leave.

I wanted to win as much as the next guy but honestly this gives us a better chance to go 2-1. This team wasn't going to be able to hang with Gonzaga or god forbid Duke. They can definitely grab a couple on the consolation side

Hopefully fatigue isnt too much of a factor in those games.

Lol, so you think that was a good call on Jacobsen and then when Shayok barely touched the guy on that rebound? Glad to see you dont care about horrible officiating.
Questionable calls on both sides. I don't feel like I just got Reggie Smithed tonight.

he looks so clueless during games.
ever notice he says things but no one hears him and he is often ignored.
why did we hire him lol
does he ever call plays?

this is how its going to be going forward
granted we did get tired
he just doesnt get in game coaching

Just kind of like Alabama in the bowl. Wouldn't it be nice to beat a "name" team when they are down instead of always barely not. Gosh darn!

Actually I've liked it better when ISU has beaten name teams when they are good.

Something to consider: the 16-17 team started the season 14-9 including a loss to a worse Iowa team than this year.

Lots can happen.

These guys pass pass the ball incredibly well and they are all very intelligent and selfless players. The missing factor tonight was an inside force to go to when the time was right. Cam was missing. I hope missing Sunday mass and smoking weed a couple of times was a worth a loss to a very easily winnable Arizona team.

Zaga probably would of destroyed us. Time to get 2 W's in the consolation side of the bracket.

Hmm. Maybe this is actually correct now that I'm thinking about it. I still think it would have been better to have wins over AZ and the winner of the SDSU/Xavier game. But given our deficiencies in roster, the left side of the bracket might be more our speed. At least until mid-December.

Played like noobs we are the last 5 mins. Went away from the ball movement offense and played iso ball. Deserved to lose. Might actually be good to lose this so the players realize you play like **** in the final mins you lose.

Wait, what? Is this crap about not going to church being part of the reason he was suspended true? It better not be...
