Now it will be even harder to get into the stadium from the west side.
Why will it be harder to enter from the west side?

Isn't Warren Buffett a Creighton guy?

You don't mention the field. Period. The field has nothing to do with the clear bag policy.Of course it's mentioned first. You're not going to say "Jack Trice Stadium featuring MidAmerican Energy Field."
The field always gets mentioned first.
You don't mention the field. Period. The field has nothing to do with the clear bag policy.Maybe it’s just me and it’s a Friday, but I feel like that’s more of a language quirk than “getting first billing.” I guess you could do something like “Jack Trice Stadium, home to midamerican energy field” but that feels a bit wordy/awkward.
Except that that’s what they paid 15 million for, to be mentioned by the AD’s office. You don't mention the field. Period. The field has nothing to do with the clear bag policy.
I think when a company has a monopoly like Mid American, they're required to spend a certain amount of money on advertising. This was my first question too. How does Midamerican benefit from this??
Except that that’s what they paid 15 million for, to be mentioned by the AD’s office.
No. No they are not. Why do you think that?I think when a company has a monopoly like Mid American, they're required to spend a certain amount of money on advertising.
Someone was saying it on the radio yesterday for why Mid American would do this. Made sense the way they presented it, but not sure how accurate it is.No. No they are not. Why do you think that?
Just wait until you see wind turbines in the parking long and on top of the stadium.
It does seem to be about the windiest place in Iowa.

Trust me. I know. There’s no requirement other than to communicate about safety and that can take many forms. But certainly doesn’t have anything to do with naming rightsI don't know if this is the same thing but it could be, our local phone company is required by law to bill at a certain rate. They also are restricted by law to how much they can give back to their shareholders (customers). If the something similar is true with Mid American, they could have a pile of money they have to spend on something. Since they get federal money to help them improve and keep up most of their infrastructure they may need to spend money somewhere.
Wont happen. There is not enough corn and bean fields around JTS for them to destroy as they put them up.
Who says you can't have your cake and piss on it too.I'm good for a urinal cake, or two......
Someone really hates renewable energy
Has something to do with the lack of respect they have when putting up turbines.
Wanna bet? For instance, TV certainly will, as they will be encouraged to by ISU. You know, as they do at other venues around the country...And other than the athletic department, nobody is going to refer to it by the full name. TV won't. Newspapers won't. Radio won't (other than ISU radio). Other media won't.
Everyone has their shorts in a twist for nothing.
