It's good to see Fred's daughter could help Kansas basketball and son could help Michigan State.

It's a little frustrating that his kids have shunned Iowa State, but I can see how his son, especially, would want to be his own person, and that would be pretty tough to do at Iowa State.
I completely agree. Just sucks that he is paying for his kids to be at a couple of schools that would cause the biggest reaction from ISU fans.

I'm also tired of people that think Fred is like Mr ISU. Fred did great things at ISU as a player and coach. ISU did big things for Fred also. There are thousands of fans at every ISU game that are bigger ISU fans than Fred.

Sucks that ISU fans would have any reaction to where Fred's kids go to school.

I'm sure losing out on their tuition money is really crippling the university

I have sort of wondered if he really is doing this because he ultimately wants to be a coach?

As an athlete, he is undersized for both basketball and golf, but definitely a bigger hurdle in basketball.

Maybe the thought was just to learn from Izzo. That being said, there is also a lot to learn from Steve/Jeff Prohm and we could definitely have used another body.

It's a post here because ISU fans will have a reaction. Positive or negative.

He is going to learn to coach. I'd like to think Prohm and ISU can accomplish that also. Obviously Izzo is a great coach to learn from. I'd like to think he can do it at ISU also.

I'd like to think he can do whatever he pleases whether you like it or not.

I fully expect ISU to meet up with MSU again in the tournament, with MSU having injuries and foul trouble that necessitates Jack playing, and him draining 5 three pointers to derail our Final Four dreams.
