If he waits one more year, there is a good chance that Missouri State would come open. That's a job with a brand new arena, Wal-Mart money, and in an area that is growing like crazy. Plus, you can get into the tournament without winning the league tournament in the Valley, you can't in the Summit.

I think this is important to think about because I heard the FGCU Head Coach might leave to go to NC State as an assistant because the money is better.

Geesh. TJ is clearly an excellent recruiter, and it will be tough to lose him, but it's not like no other assistants have ever recruited good players to Ames (see above). It can be done. It'll be on Prohm to figure that out. He and his staff did recruit a couple NBA guards to Murray State... I think there's a good chance he can do it. Good luck to TJ if he goes.

Yes, the years 2013 and 2014. Also happened to be the time frame TJ was in Washington.
