i'm gonna lay it. I think this maybe an addition by subtraction situation. Don't think Prohm suspends a guy until he has some winnables on the schedule. This is gonna be a track meet. Don't need McKay to win track meet games.

It'll be interesting to see what the reaction on here is if we lose today. Jameel may be a head case, but he's helped us win games. There's a good chance that Prohm is sacrificing a win in order to make his point. I hope that everyone is prepared for that.

I totally support the suspension whether we win or lose I will say that now before the game. Losing won't change my mind that's for sure. My daughter asked how they could suspend him since he's good and we don't have many players. My answer was simple, 100% irrelevant.

He was complaining non stop on Twitter about Spain on their trip. It will be intersting to see if he can handle it over there for a paycheck.

I'm going to Spain Monday. Should I cancel the trip on McKay's recommendation? As for all this business with McKay, I blame Mark Charter. He is just jelly his kid wants to be McKay.

Based on Cooke's situation, how many games will Jameel still be on the bench if he returns? Cooke missed the trip to K state, then didn't play against OU and is just now seeing minutes again. Can Jameel handle that kind of grind to get back in to the rotation?

I think Cooke's situation had more to do with Ashton just revealing himself as the more effective player. As a side note I will say Cooke's attitude as a teammate on the bench has done a 180 since that suspension even with the drastically reduced playing time. Hopefully we can see the same from Jameel.

McKay needs to just worry about blocking shots, rebounding and running the floor. His offense comes form hard work, not by creating off the dribble. The sooner he remembers this the better off he and his team will be. Get off of the stupid twitter fan fare narcissism.

Maybe play it prior to some TV timeouts for a minute or so, but we can't rebound in a zone - we have enough trouble doing that as it is.

I'd rather play with players that are all in. If we lose it sucks but at least the players playing today care.

It's almost a cliched way of saying "my team is on the floor," but I'm with you on this.

For my money, I think one of my conditions (were I coaching) for his return would be the end of Twitter. There's be some other conditions, but that would be on top of the list.
