Last three weeks...

I will not defend Bode on this but the bolded is just stupid.

I hope the Cardinals face the Cubs in the NLDS. Take that however you wish

Game 1 was a St. Louis Cardinal domination. Jaime choked in game 2. That error set the tone for the entire game. The young Cub roster became relaxed for the first time and the game was pretty much over from there. Now Airietta is due for a not so great game. Game 3 coming up. Cardinals win in 4.

Best record in baseball... check

100 wins... check

NL Central champs... check

Home-field until the World Series... check

Ending the playoff dreams of the Cubs or Pirates en route to a pennant and a title...

Never a doubt. We are the best team in division, NL, and MLB. We will continue to show that we are in October with our depth and postseason experience. The greatest organization in baseball.

The thought of knocking the cubs out of the playoffs almost gives me a boner.

We are the St. Louis Cardinals. We don't find excuses, we find solutions. This is a winning franchise and will be fine. Still have 4 GREAT starters. Waino is coming back too. Nobody (especially the Dodgers and Cubs) want any part of us. This team is going to the World Series.

I'll excuse your homerism for a moment, but the Cards have had the Dodgers/Cubs number. You really can't dispute this. Pirates are decent, though I don't think they are beating the Cards in a 5 game series, and the Mets have a strong staff, but chemistry (Harvey)/offensive issues going into playoffs (offense has been good of late but playing good 1/5 months of the year doesn't convince me).

My bad luck has already occurred this year (UAB). This would be an even bigger upset, but could have should have would of, this upset isn't happening.

Cubs will not win a playoff series this season. Just not their years.

First two weeks of the season...

Looks like we will run away with it this year. Time for another ring!!

I have fairly low expectations for the Cardinals every year. I expect them to be in the NLCS every year.

If you disagree with me, you just don't know baseball and don't know what you are talking about.

Seriously, nobody is touching us in the NL. Don't even get me started with that team in Chicago that hasn't won anything since my grandma was alive. CAKE!!!!!!!!!
