I think they are calling this based upon his opposite foot, not the foot on the line.

Honestly, you couldn't tell really if his left foot was still on the ground when it was caught. Therefore, play stands.

WTF are you talking about, there is no way the ball is fully secured while his other foot is on the ground.

OK went back and looked. His left foot was still down when he caught it, right foot went out of bounds. Good call.

I guess one of the atoms on the back of his heel hit the tip of a blade of grass before his toes landed in the paint. Clean TD.
