Being at the game tonight, coming out after halftime, I noticed McKay with his arm around BDJ. BDJ then went to the bench and sat while rest of the team warmed up. A couple assistant coaches spoke with him as he sat on the bench and he finally went out and warmed up with the team with 1:30 before the 2nd half began. I don't believe he played in the second half, not sure what happened, just seemed odd.

I honestly felt awful for him. They panned on him a couple of times and just looked really bummed. He's going to go ape **** in Kansas City.

He looked dissappointed walking to the locker room but I can't blame him or Fred. Gotta go with the hot hands. I think BDJ will be just fine and he'll play a big role in the coming weeks.

I ****ed up the copying and pasting, but you get the idea. I know he's had a few rough games, but he was playing so efficiently right after becoming the 6th man. I think (and hope) he gets back to that once we get into the tournaments.

As far as name-only threads go...this one will have potential.

But it will never touch the "Stensland" thread.

I wonder if there was something else going on. Museburger said something around the 13 min mark in second half that he wasn't coming back in. Seemed really odd for a statement like that with so much time left.

Here nor there
Thought he handled it well, especially with it being senior night.

Whatever it is, we need him to be the best option off the bench. Thomas and Nader are not going to cut it imo.

He had 16 against UT in Austin less than two weeks ago.

I can't think he's "done" at this point, can I?

During the BU game they were stretching him out after half instead of warming up. I would guess he's having back spasms. His time has gone down since he landed hard in the first half of that game. He was a stud defending that night.

Someone in stands near me said he rolled his ankle. Not sure of his source.

I think we need him to make a run in March. He is a very good defender and rebounder even when his shot is off.

Unless he did something in the locker room at halftime, I don't think his 1st half play should have warrented a benching. I'm guessing something physical, but I am hoping he gets it going. I think he has gotten a bad rap from some fans.
