2015 how to sell hope

This is not a fire CPR thread. If you are JP, how do you realistically sell and market seats next year?

Favorable schedule?
SEZ?
new video ribbon and scoreboard?
new uniforms? More alternate helmets?
Lower ticket prices?
Sell beer in the stadium?

The last couple seasons had a lot of injuries at key positions, a lot is coming back on both sides of the ball.

There are 2 ways to sell home tickets next year:
1) Favorable home schedule.
2) New SEZ.

Lol no. The AD just sent out its letter reminding everyone how much more theyd need to pay to hold on to their seats next year. Great timing

For some reason pollard is very opposed to this. Terrible decision on his part considering every other decision (like not buying out games like @Toledo) is based purely on money, we're just taking a pass on free money there.

I don't think you can sell hope for next year. That's how bad of a state the football program is in right now. The only selling point he has for next year is SEZ (the new video board and ribbon boards are part of that expansion/renovation project). New uniforms are nice, but unless you are Orgeon you don't sell a program on that. JP isn't going to lower ticket prices until it's clear nobody's showing up for games.

Let's just say this - if we start 1-4 or 0-5 against the start of the 2015 schedule, I don't know how you sell anything after that.

Iowa is in the midwest. Playing in the cold should be an advantage for us over our southern opponents.

Considering those are our 5 easiest games next year, if we start 0-5 you will see me walk down onto the football field mid-game and burn my remaining season tix on the 50 yard line.

Looks like 1-3 win season with one win at home at least. About the same. SEZ is more exciting. The ribbon might show some more national scores than the antiquated system it replaces.
