I work from home, so I do a lot of the cooking. I'm really bored with the regulars. So...
-What's your favorite summer meal to cook? Preferably healthy.
-Do you use a website for meal ideas?
-Do you pre-make the food to cook the rest of the week?
-Do you suggest a place that does this for you?

Fire away, looking forward to your favorites and your humorous touches on the subject as I'm sure there will be plenty.

I'm pregnant, so...

Pickle wrap dip:
1 jar Claussen pickles
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz sour cream
1 package of corned beef

Cut up the pickles and dried beef. Soften the cream cheese and mix it with the sour cream, then mix in the pickles and dried beef. Great with crackers or beer bread.

You still haven't dropped that shorty yet? Geeze, it's been like, two years.

As a bachelor, I'm going to go with the tried and true cereal in bowl; add milk.

2.5 more months. I can't WAIT until it is 5000 degrees.

Steak tacos. Marinate flank steak in lime juice, cumin, and salt for an hour. Grill it how you like - I prefer to keep it on the rare side - and slice it thin. Then grill some corn taco tortillas just to get them warn and slightly charred. Spread some homemade guac on the tortilla, add steak, and top with some cheese.

I could eat it every day.
