There are several in this thread that are nothing to be ashamed of.

With that having been said, "Stay" by Lisa Loeb is my most embarrassing song on my iPod, and I love it.

Tubthumping by Chumbawamba. Partly because I really do like the song, partly because it takes me back to a different time...I remember going to my friend's 21st birthday party, and we were all standing on chairs singing/yelling this at the top of our lungs over and over again.

I'm kind of the same way with Crank That. There are definitely days I wish I could go back to my senior year of high school, and that song was pretty much everywhere in 2007-08.

According to some people on here, I should not like this song.

Are us Hall & Oates fans supposed to be embarrassed by that song? It's a classic!

Um, yes. Much like Chuck Berry fans have to mumble when someone mentions "My Ding-a-ling"

I don't hate H&O, but to say they have NOTHING to be embarrassed about is not accurate.

Can you honestly watch that Jingle Bell Rock video and not cringe? Did it really add anything to the genre of rock and roll music? Not only is the video uber-cheesie, it doesn't musically vary from the original in any significant manner - if you're going to do a cover, at least add some originality or put your own style/stamp on it so it has a reason for being. Not just a lame excuse to hope for a few dollars out of the record buying public.

My older sisters had 8 tracks of Meatloaf's Bat out of Hell, the Grease soundtrack, ABBA, and REO Speedwagon that received a lot of airplay in my house growing up. There are not many songs I can't still sing along with to this day.
