Terrence Samuels and Jaylen Brantley are ranked behind Morris and it appears that the staff valued Morris more, which looks to line up with rivals.

I haven't read anything lately that suggests ISU will get Washington. Things could change but when he mentions the teams that are recruiting him the hardest, ISU is not one of them.

Are we still in the running for Tyler Ennis? or have we cooled on him now with the commitment of Morris?

I'm sure we'd take a 5 star PG if we could get him but the chances of us landing Ennis are not good

Do we start to go after some even more highly touted kids now that we have such a solid start to this class? Talent already committing here is one of the best recruiting tools you can have at your disposal.

I asked Eric Bossi about ISU's two commits in the live chat. Here was his response:

ericbossi:
Morris is a combo guard. Likes to attack the rim, streaky shooter, vocal leader and a tough defender. Thomas is a shooter who doesn't need much space or time to knock down a clean look. Very nice start for Fred Hoiberg and company.

I think so, but not in this class. My guess is they fill in the class around Morris and Thomas, hopefully with some size.

The place where they are shooting higher is the 2014 class. I don't think ISU is at a place yet where you can come in late on the top 30 and have a chance. But with the 2014 class we are in early on 5-6 top 30 players, which hopefully pans out as the next step in building a program.
