Well, the Texas Tech like start combined with zero field goals in the last four minutes sealed our fate this time.

I hope next year makes up for this frustration. So many late game meltdowns. I've gone from anger to laughter about it. It's comical at this point.

we suck. maybe we should just put our fate in the the hands of the other team and just score as fast as we can instead of trying to take a last second shot

I had previously predicted 18-14 and an NIT birth and have remained pretty optimistic to this point, but tonight I reached my breaking point.

I believe in Fred as the long term solution and I believe better things are ahead. But this year's team, judging from body language, has quit. At 14-2, although I knew we'd struggle in the Big 12, I never thought we'd see this kind of collapse from this bunch.

I believe now we will not win another game. Would that be a school record for consecutive losses?

And I hope I'm wrong about this last point, but judging again strictly from body language I would not be completely shocked if Ejim wasn't back next year.

It bothers me that we're going to finish 11th or 12th in the conference because we honestly aren't that bad compared to some of the Big 12 teams. We've completely blown 3 conference games now. Not games we "coulda" won, these games were all but ours and we give them away.

Do you guys think Fred calls for the DG one-on-one offensive play on every possession under four minutes to go in each half?

Run. The. Normal. Offense.

Please.

As much as I love our normal offense, by the time 4 minutes runs around our players (minus DG) are really looking gassed. I'm not sure they could do much better in the normal offense.
