I think today I came to a realization that the Vikings are the NFL's version of Iowa State. Both have seemingly good talent and hang around games until they shoot themselves in the foot with a turnover. The Vikes beat themselves today much like the clones do all year.....I hope both teams start turn it around!

How sad and true!! I look so forward to the weekend and then start Monday with two more losses. Go Cyclones and Vikings!!

Anybody with their QB situation is going to have trouble winning ball games. Otherwise, I'd say they have more talent than I-State, comparitively of course.

Like ISU, the Vikes are shooting themselves in the temple.

The story of the Vikes over the last 20 years...good defense, bad offense...good offense, bad defense...passing game but no running game...running game but no passing game. Hopefully, Jackson will be back soon...

The Vikings are not playing with an NFL type QB. Not even close. I'm surprised they were in the game until the end.

Been a Vikings fan since Joe Kapp took them to the NFL title in '69. AD is the best RB they have ever had, bar none. I am not yet sold on Jackson or Childress however

I traded Ronnie Brown earlier this week (with the "throw-in reciever" Bowe) and watched both of them light it up.

Then I watched my effective RB#1, Lamont Jordan leave the game in the 2nd quarter possibly for the season.

Bad day.

I don't understand how you think the Queens beat themselves. :biglaugh: The game should have never been that close.

-Packers fumble at the 1 yard line which would have put them up 14-0.
-Fumble again (up 14) when they are running out the clock.
-Packers settle for 3 field goals in the red zone
-Vikings don't see the red zone until under 2 min in the game (due to GB fumble)

"queens", good one, almost as creative as cyclowns...

childress is not panning out, he should be gone at the end of the year, this team shouldn't be this bad. he is really stubborn and i don't understand many of his decisions.

i like TJack, but he just isn't ready yet. AD is incredible, very exciting to watch!!

i wish they would have made tomlin the head coach...

Jesus... And I thought the clones and vikes were enough... Oh wait, your cubbies are in the playoffs and my orioles, yep 4th in the ALE, AGAIN!

I hear Childress (who stinks BTW) is going to try and play with a QB next week after a year and a half of skipping that position. He finally noticed that winning teams have them...

The Vikes need to be much better offensively because their defense is really good. I hate seeing the Lions in 1st place.

I don't understand how AD can have such a great first half, and then the coaches essentially take him out of the game for the second half. It makes zero sense to take your best player out of the game, especially when he was running all over the pack. Chilly is frustrating to no end
