Tough one because I could pick from so many I enjoy. Though if I had to choose one I'd go with Dorito's Nacho Cheese.
Apart of the question, when I was a kid there was a brand called Guy's Potato chip, anyone know if they are still around? Their barbeque chip was mint.

I like Sun Chips and Dorito's.
For Sun Chips I like Harvest Cheddar.
For Dorito's I like "Collisions" Zesty Taco and Chipotle Ranch.
But, I mostly just like all flavors of those two brands.

Oddly enough neither of those are potato chips. You FAIL.

Hate to be technical, but Doritos aren't a potato chip...

Guy's are still around...

But the best potato chips are Sterzings...and I'd be willing to fight any man who says different...

OK, maybe not fight but I would argue for a really really long time...

On the road...
Any of the new Lays Kettle Cooked. Sharp Cheddar is my fav, but the Harvest Ranch and Jalapeno are great too. And they are about a dollar cheaper than any of the other Lays.

Sterzings are the best as far as plain potato chips are concerned... I'm really more of a cracker fan (cheese its, wheat thins, etc) than a chip fan though.

I thought the OP just wanted favorite "chips" since he put Dorito's as well. Even still, when I think of potato chips, I just place every single chip brand/type in that category.

Agree without a doubt.... Sterzings are the best. I helped pour the concrete slab and set the structural steel in their Burlington plant during summer break from ISU. Must have been around 1970.

Old Dutch BBQ takes the cake for me. Back in the day I also would have killed for a bag of Tato Skins, but I'm sure that is mostly nostalgia.
